Project Coordinator/Estimator

Graphic Ad is seeking a versatile and driven Project Coordinator to join our team. This role blends hands-on production skills with customer service, project management, and estimating. The right person will guide projects from intake through delivery, coordinate across departments and vendors, and step in to assist with production and installs as needed.

Employment Terms:

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects from quote through delivery.
• Meet with clients (phone, email, in-person) to understand their needs and offer signage and graphic solutions.
• Prepare estimates and close orders using internal tools.
• Coordinate job timelines, materials, production, and installation schedules.
• Conduct site surveys and assist with permit documentation.
• Interface with suppliers and subcontractors when needed.
• Assist in the shop with vinyl cutting, printing, assembly, and simple installs.
• Maintain accurate project records and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in signage, project coordination, or sales.
• Knowledge of sign and vinyl graphics production processes, substrates, and installation practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW and RIP software.
• Ability to read and interpret design proofs and production drawings.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a client-first mindset.
• Valid Class 5 driver, comfortable with occasional travel or site work.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Hands-on skills in vinyl application, printing, or sign fabrication.
• Familiarity with sign shop management software.
• Experience coordinating outsourced fabrication.

Vinyl/Print Sign Technician

Graphic Ad is seeking a versatile and driven Vinyl/Print Sign Technician to join our team.

Employment Terms:

• Full-time or Part-time.
• Permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Production and finishing of decals, signs, and banners.
• Operate Digital printers, Screen printing equipment, and cutters.
• Work in a shop environment with hand and power tools.
• Install vehicle wraps, window decals, and signage.
• Shipping and receiving.

Qualifications:

• Following directions and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• At least 2-3 years of experience working with your hands.
• Computer skills, including production software and email.
• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle to get to job sites if necessary.
• Lift and carry 50lbs. and work at heights.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Good English and grammar skills (written and verbal).
• Training will be provided.
• Must have a valid work permit.

Other:

• Experience as a sign or vinyl installer (or similar trade).
• Experience working in construction.
